Pitt Panthers

Pitt lost to a UNC team that lost to ECU… S/o the American one time for the one time.
The Panthers have wins over FCS Albany and ACC foe, Georgia Tech. In the Georgia Tech game, Pitt got out to a 21-0 lead before the Yellow Jackets had a furious comeback in the fourth quarter that was held off by Pitt.
This team is led by sophomore QB Kenny Pickett. So far this season Picket has thrown for 580 yards, four touchdowns, and three interceptions. Not that great, but he is young.
Pitt isn’t supposed to be good this year, it’s a growing year, they should have 4-5 wins by the end of the season.
Defensively they give up 28.8 points per game and have been killed by the run game (212.3 YPG). The Panthers could have some trouble stopping the UCF run game with guys like Adrian Killins and Otis Anderson.

#13 UCF Knights

UCF is coming off of a huge win against FAU where they dominated the Owls.
Offensively, McKenzie Milton played himself back into the Heisman conversation with six touchdowns.
The offense that looked out of it at times against South Carolina State got back with it against FAU.
On the defensive side of the ball, tackling was still an issue, Randy Shannon says that he is going to fix it in practice but we will see if the product on the field improves.
Luckily for UCF, they haven’t been truly tested on defense yet so they haven’t been a position to lose a game because of a poor defensive outing.

UCF should roll in this one, Pitt just isn’t a good team just yet. They need another year to grow into a good ACC team.
Expect big numbers from Milton and the offense, maybe another six touchdown game from Milton.
On the other side of the ball, I think this is the week UCF gets their tackling problem fixed and plays a really good game.
