Colton Dooley, a 5-11 190 pound halfback verbally committed to Army yesterday. Dooley had dreamt of being a Black Knight, and he jumped on the opportunity right when offered.

Dooley will be a great Army back, wether it be at the A-back or as a B-back. Personally, I see him fitting better in an A-back spot, because of his speed and size. In space, he has the ability to outrun everyone, and can make guys miss. Dooley will fit perfectly into the triple option system, and has comparable size to the likes of Kell Walker and Artice Hobbs IV. Dooley has power, but is not a 230+ pound full back guy like Slomka is or Woolfolk was.
Colton Dooley 2018 Senior Highlights
I am excited to see Colton Dooley play, but with Army being full of running backs and constantly reloading, it may be another year or two until we see him make a huge impact. This will give him time to grow and learn behind great guys like Kell Walker.
